Junior Service Engineer

To support the installation, maintenance, and technical servicing of scientific and laboratory equipment, ensuring reliable equipment performance and strong customer support, while building hands-on technical expertise in analytical instrumentation under the guidance of senior engineers.

Requirements:-
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field.
• 1.5 – 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, mechanical, or instrumentation systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good MS Office and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
• Willingness to travel for customer site visits and service assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of scientific and laboratory equipment.
• Conduct site visits and support pre-installation site assessments.
• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of analytical instruments.
• Support equipment software installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with senior engineers, OEMs/principals, and customers for technical support and service requirements.
• Maintain service reports, installation records, maintenance logs, and other technical documentation.
• Provide basic equipment operation support and training to customers.
• Travel to customer sites for installations, maintenance, and service calls.
