We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Candidate will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
UI/UX Job Description:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites functions and look like.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g responsiveness).
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new functions and features.
- Work on design and collaboration tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, illustrator, Zeplin.
- Collaborate with other team members and ask smart questions, take risks and champions new ideas.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Business Administration or Computer Science
- Experience in software business development
- Must have understanding of software development requirements and life cycle
- Work with functional and technical requirements at a basic level to understand customer demands
- Must have outstanding proposal writing and bidding skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent English written and oral communication skill
