Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10 electrical technicians and engineers in daily project activities and tasks.

- Coordinate project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of electrical projects.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise electrical installation work to guarantee adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with project management, procurement, and other departments to align electrical engineering efforts with overall project goals.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project proposals related to electrical installation and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and promote safety awareness on site.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs by identifying areas of potential enhancement in electrical systems and installation processes.
