ERP Support Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Assist users with ERP software-related queries and provide timely support.
- Support ERP implementation and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist in data entry, validation, and reporting tasks to ensure data accuracy.
- Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with clients and users to resolve basic system issues effectively.
- Learn and support various ERP modules and understand related business processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) or B.Com.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and software.
- Proficient in MS Excel with strong data handling capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with users and team members.
- Must have own laptop to perform assigned tasks efficiently.
- Must have own bike for commuting purposes.
- A keen interest in learning and developing a career in ERP software support.
