Chartered Accountant

Esar Mart is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our finance team. This role involves managing a team of 14 professionals and ensuring all financial operations adhere to regulatory standards and company policies. The Chartered Accountant will oversee comprehensive compliance and audit functions, guaranteeing the accuracy and integrity of financial records while providing strategic insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 14 finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Conduct comprehensive audits and assurance engagements to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
Oversee taxation processes, ensuring accurate calculation and timely filing of all tax returns in compliance with applicable laws.
Implement and monitor compliance management systems to mitigate risks related to financial and regulatory obligations.
Perform detailed financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
Utilize advanced accounting software to manage financial records, transactions, and reporting efficiently.
Develop and enforce internal control policies to safeguard company assets and enhance operational effectiveness.
Prepare and present financial reports and audit findings to senior management and regulatory bodies as needed.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, taxation laws, and industry standards to maintain compliance.
