- Deputy/Manager Quality Auditor conducts detailed audits of knitted and woven fabrics using the 4-Point System, ensuring compliance with buyer and internal quality standards.
- Prepares audit reports, analyzes defects, and coordinates with production and QA teams for corrective actions.
- Leads and trains audit staff on inspection procedures and continuous quality improvement.
- Maintains records, supports external audits and reports directly to the COO.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Preference will be given to Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in fabric auditing (knitted and woven) within a textile manufacturing unit or third-party inspection auditing firm.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in internationally recognized auditing agencies such as SGS, TUV, or Intertek.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the 4-Point Fabric Inspection System and quality grading standards.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities with attention to defect categorization and corrective action tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems for record-keeping and data analysis.
General Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to lead and manage inspection teams effectively. Ethical conduct, responsibility, and proactive work approach.
