Eswap Technologies (Private) Limited is seeking a Manager Operations with at least four years of experience and a bachelor's degree to oversee and optimize operational processes. This role demands strong leadership skills to manage a team of 10 personnel, driving performance and efficiency across various functions. The successful candidate will apply expertise in process improvement, supply chain management, and demand planning to enhance company operations and ensure effective execution of strategies aligned with business objectives.
The Manager Operations will be responsible for analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for development, managing performance metrics, and implementing operations strategies that support the organization’s goals. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities to maintain smooth workflow and high-quality output. Responsibilities
1. Operational Management & Process Optimization: Oversee daily company operations, formulate and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), identify operational bottlenecks, and implement optimization solutions to improve overall operational efficiency and service quality. Monitor the entire operational workflow, ensure strict implementation of process specifications, and reduce operational risks and errors.
2. Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the internal operations team, formulate team work plans and performance objectives, conduct daily work arrangement, guidance and supervision. Be responsible for team talent cultivation, training arrangement, performance appraisal and incentive management, optimize team manpower allocation, and improve team cohesion and overall work productivity.
3. Cross-departmental Collaboration & Resource Coordination: Actively cooperate with sales, marketing, product, customer service, finance and other departments, coordinate internal resources, ensure the smooth progress of cross-departmental projects and daily business work.
4. Data Analysis & Performance Improvement: Collect, sort out and analyze daily operational data (including efficiency indicators, business volume, cost indicators, customer feedback, etc.), regularly output operational analysis reports, summarize operational problems and experience, and put forward targeted improvement suggestions to support business decision-making.
5. Cost Control & Risk Management: Strictly control operational costs on the premise of ensuring operational quality, optimize resource utilization, and reduce unnecessary operational consumption.
