Eswap Technologies (Private) Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Assistant to support daily operational activities. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, with at least two years of experience in customer service and document management. This role requires handling data entry tasks, coordinating communication between departments, and maintaining document control efficiently. The Operation Assistant will contribute to seamless operation processes and ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams. This position requires willingness to conduct field visits within Lahore to support operational needs. The Operation Assistant works under supervision and does not manage a team, focusing instead on providing crucial administrative assistance and customer interaction. Key responsibilities include managing documentation workflow, supporting communication channels, data accuracy verification, and contributing to the effective delivery of customer services. The role demands proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software to assist with reporting and data management tasks, ensuring that operational procedures comply with company standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities

1. Customer Support & Calls
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and queries
Follow up on bookings, packages, renewals, overdue bikes, and complaints
Coordinate with customers to resolve operational issues
2. Battery Operations & Field Support
Deliver replacement / charged batteries to customers when required
Visit customer locations for battery replacement and emergency support
Collect faulty batteries and coordinate with battery / logistics team
3. eBike Operations
Assist in bike handover, returns, inspections, and recoveries
Handle bike binding / unbinding and related operational tasks
Report faulty, damaged, abandoned, or overdue bikes
4. Booking & Reception Support
Handle bookings and pre-bookings
Assist customers visiting the office / showroom
Verify customer / guarantor KYC and complete required documentation
