Acting as the primary point of contact between the studio and the companys overseas owners, the Design Studio Incharge must seamlessly manage operations and uphold workplace excellence. In this position, the incumbent utilizes expertise in design thinking and facilitation to drive creative ideation sessions and collaborative workshops. They are tasked with optimizing workflow processes for maximum efficiency and team synergy. The ideal candidate fosters a dynamic and innovative studio environment by leveraging their leadership skills and deep network of design professionals within Pakistan. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall operations of the design studio, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective workflow.
Recruit, hire, and onboard talented designers by leveraging a strong professional network within Pakistan.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate a design team of 20 members to achieve collaborative success and professional growth.
Facilitate design thinking workshops, brainstorming sessions, and ideation meetings to encourage innovation and creative problem-solving.
Optimize studio workflows to improve efficiency and foster seamless collaboration among design teams.
Serve as the liaison between the studio and the companys overseas ownership, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Develop and implement strategic planning for resource allocation, project prioritization, and team workload balancing.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork, continuous learning, and high performance.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools and encourage the adoption of best practices across the studio.
