Design Studio Incharge & Team Manager

Experience Design is seeking a skilled and dedicated Design Studio Incharge & Team Manager to lead and inspire a creative team of 20 professionals. This role requires a visionary leader who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the design studio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design projects while maintaining efficient workflows and budgets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design team leadership, creative direction, and resource allocation with a strong understanding of fabric and accessory suppliers, particularly within the fashion retail industry in Pakistan. They will serve as the trusted point of contact for the company owners, managing all office operations and making key management decisions with honesty and reliability. The candidate must possess excellent negotiation skills and a well-established network in the fashion retail sector to enhance recruitment efforts and internship opportunities. This position involves driving brand strategy development and creative project management while fostering talent development and team motivation. A deep familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and budgeting software, combined with leadership development skills, will ensure the studios continued growth and success under this managers guidance.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design studio team of 20, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee creative direction and ensure all design projects align with brand strategy and company objectives.
Optimize workflows and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
Manage budgeting and financial planning for projects and studio operations, utilizing budget management software.
Develop and mentor design talent, offering continuous guidance and supporting professional growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure quality and timely procurement.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best terms while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain an extensive network within the fashion retail industry in Pakistan to support recruitment and internship programs.
Ensure quality assurance and thorough review processes are applied consistently across all design deliverables.
Make strategic office management decisions, acting as the primary liaison between the design studio and company owners.
Implement design thinking methodologies to drive innovative problem-solving and creative solutions.
Manage and coordinate creative projects from conception through completion, ensuring all parties stay informed and aligned.
Promote leadership development within the team to build future leaders and enhance team dynamics.
