As the Operational executive, you’ll be responsible for operational excellence and maintaining ‘eZhire’ quality throughout the rider’s experience.Customer support, supply chain management, service quality management — all of thesesit under the Operational manager role.
Job responsibilities:
· Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of all “eZhire”services in Pakistan.
· Develop and implement innovative processes, improve on existing processes and resolve issues for suppliers and drivers.
· Maintain strong communications with all field personnel, managers and office staff within eZhire.
· Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules
· Serve as a direct point of contact for external call center to ensure success, growth and scalability
· Ensure educate supply of vehicles and drivers
· Partnering with Car Rental Companies
Requirements:
· Candidates having past experience from ride-hailing services and delivery backgrounds (Careem, Uber, Foodpanda, Airlift,Cheetay) will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have more than 2 years of hands-on experience in the same field.
· Experience in Car Rental industry in Pakistan is a Plus
· Bachelors/Masters degree from a renowned university in the relevant field
· A strong and innovative approach to problem-solving and finding solutions
· Flexible, proactive and self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, formal and informal)
· Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision
