Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software is essential for preparing detailed reports and managing customer and operational records effectively. Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day terminal operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal passenger handling.
Oversee departures, arrivals, boarding, and related activities to maintain punctuality and service quality.
Lead, monitor, and support a team of 50 terminal staff, ensuring adherence to attendance, performance, and discipline standards.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain detailed operational reports utilizing MS Excel to support informed decision-making.
Coordinate with internal departments to swiftly address operational issues and improve service delivery.
Manage staff allocation and scheduling to guarantee sufficient manpower during all operational hours.
Utilize CRM systems to document customer interactions, record complaints, and follow up on operational matters.
Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures, safety regulations, and service standards consistently.
Monitor overall terminal performance, identify areas for improvement, and escalate critical operational concerns to management.
Develop and implement quality control measures and safety compliance strategies to uphold operational excellence.
