Faisal Movers is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, storage, issuance, and transfer of inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory/ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper tagging, binning, and storage of inventory.
- Monitor damaged, obsolete, and slow-moving stock.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and inventory controls.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, and Operations departments.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and overstocking.
