Falcon Consulting is seeking a skilled Business Development Officer/ Upwork Bidder to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site role where the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities using platforms such as Upwork.
The Business Development Officer/ Upwork Bidder will be responsible for writing and presenting proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales
- Experience in Upwork and other online bidding platforms
- Demonstrated record of successful sales and business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise business proposals
- Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in the IT industry is Plus
