STUDY Visa Manager

Fast Consultants is seeking a dedicated Study Visa Manager with a professional attitude and excellent communication and presentation skills to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of experience in managing study visa processes and providing exceptional guidance to clients. This role does not involve managing a team but requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can independently manage visa applications, coordinate with educational institutions, and ensure compliance with immigration regulations. The Study Visa Manager acts as the primary point of contact for students, helping them navigate the complexities of study visa applications to achieve successful outcomes. In this position, the Study Visa Manager works closely with clients to assess their eligibility, prepare documentation, and represent their interests throughout the visa application procedure. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to clearly present information to clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth of Fast Consultants by enhancing client satisfaction through professional and timely service delivery while maintaining knowledge of the latest immigration policies and requirements.
Responsibilities

Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and application procedures for study visas.
Review and prepare comprehensive visa application documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Communicate effectively with educational institutions, immigration authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate visa approvals.
Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate clients about visa options and post-arrival regulations.
Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and changes affecting study visa processes and share relevant information with clients and the company.
Manage client case files, track application statuses, and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance and timely processing.
Address client inquiries and provide professional and clear guidance throughout the visa application journey.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflow and improve client experience.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws regarding client information.
