The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, expertise in cash handling and expense control, and a basic understanding of Excel or accounting software. The Salon Manager plays a key role in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expense reports, enabling informed decision-making to drive salon profitability.
