Manager Sales - Wealth Management

Incumbent is responsible to execute and manage the sales of the Banks wealth management products, within theassigned cluster of the national sales channel, with the core purpose of proliferating the Bankswealth management products and services across multiple market segments and consumergroups, in order to augment wealth management sales volumes, increase revenue levels, andcontribute to the business objectives of the wealth management business.

Responsibilities

Ensure implementation of the National Sales business plan within the designated
cluster.
Manage the existing wealth management and client relationships of the cluster, in
order to ensure customer retention and growth in the portfolio, thereby contributing to thebusiness objectives of the national sales channel. E
Ensure meeting of assigned wealth management unit and revenue targets assigned bymanagement, in order to augment the business volumes, customer portfolio, and marketshare of the Bank in the wealth management business.
Actively pursue opportunities to acquire new customer relationships for the Bank
through leveraging market contacts and references from existing clients, thereby
augmenting business and revenue volumes of wealth management products, in order toensure financial delivery against established targets.
Regularly liaise with existing clients, trade associations, chambers of commerce in
order to establish new relationships for the sales channel.
Provide advisory support to existing and prospective customers in making prudent
investment decisions in mutual funds and takaful policies, in order to provide them withmaximum financial utility and value-added benefits.
Remain cognizant of developments in the market (Ex. Competitor practices, economic,social, political factors, etc.) that have an impact on sales, and implement actions thattake advantage of new market opportunities and tackle any adverse conditions in themarket.
Maximize sales during periodic sales campaigns focusing on specific products on
special events, public holidays, or a market trend.
Ensure complete adherence to the Banks approved Sales Process Model/ Policy in
order to avoid any risk of fraud/forgery/regulatory observations, thereby contributing to asustainable and compliant operating environment that complements business andstrategic objectives of the Group/Bank.
