- Deliver sales pitches and answer customer inquiries regarding our services, pricing, packages, and other

- Schedule consultations with the team and follow up with potential customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Outbound Call Center Agent or in a similar sales role.
- Strong sales skills and ability to persuade potential customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in website development or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience working with call center software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
