PRIME BPO is looking for a detail-oriented and confident Junior Closer (SVC) to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis in Rawalpindi. This role operates during night shifts and is open to candidates with prior BPO experience as well as fresh graduates who possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build a successful career in the BPO industry. The primary responsibility is to verify sales on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maintaining high-quality documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Professionally confirm client information and device or service details.
- Ensure all required documentation and call recordings meet quality and compliance standards.
- Identify discrepancies and promptly escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all verified sales.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Strictly follow company compliance policies and procedures at all times.
- Consistently achieve daily and weekly verification targets.
- Be available to work overtime or stay back when necessary for additional training, performance improvement, or to meet targets.

Required Qualifications
- Preferably a minimum of 1 year of BPO experience as a verifier on any campaign.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with strong active listening abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to detect inconsistencies in data.
- Professional attitude with strong customer handling skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.

This position offers a competitive starting salary of Rs. 100,000 per month plus uncapped bonuses. The role is based on-site in Rawalpindi, operating during night shifts.
