FE Verifiers & Closers

Theevioo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Verifiers and Closers to join its Final Expense (FE) campaign. This role is well-suited for candidates with a background in BPO environments who have strong English communication skills and excel in target-driven settings. The position is based in Rawalpindi and requires working night shifts. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently conduct verification processes as a Verifier.
- Effectively close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting campaign targets as a Closer.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with customers in English.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall campaign objectives.
- Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies during all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and convince customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented, motivated manner.
- Availability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Willingness to work five days a week on-site in Rawalpindi.

- Competitive salary structure: Verifiers can earn up to Rs. 100,000 per month, while Closers have the potential to earn up to Rs. 250,000 per month.
