- Act as the focal point of contact between the Agent and Principle stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement, develop associated business cases, and negotiate with Affiliates to adopt.
- Keep track of inventory and maximize sales.
- Promptly update Principal and internal management on day-to-day matters and market analysis.
- Evaluate, summarize, and make recommendations on Board agenda items, including Business Plans (Sales Plan) and Operating Plans (Inventory Utilization Plan).
- Work with the Board to develop and update the company’s strategy for given affiliates, assessing continued strategic fit within the portfolio, and catalyzing restructuring as needed.
- Analyze Affiliates, and prepare materials for sharing with the management.
- Administer and conduct reviews of shareholder agreements to ensure compliance with obligations.
- Prepare quarterly, annual, and other reports as required by the Agency and principle management.
- Oversee the document management process by ensuring that Affiliates’ financial data and files are accurately tracked, recorded, and maintained by data sensitivity protocols.
- Manage ongoing operational and financial performance reporting, including internal metrics/tracking and agent-level reporting.
- Help develop the corporate strategy and business plan for JVs and subsidiaries to increase sales and use the maximum inventory most efficiently.
