Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations:
- Review staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Assign tasks and provide real-time feedback.
- Address any staff concerns or issues.
Ensure quality control:
- Monitor cleaning checklists and review photos/videos to check quality of work.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks.
- Support team development:
- Schedule and conduct training sessions.
Maintain communication:
- Answer staff calls and manage video conferences (English/USA)
- Provide daily updates and communicate company goals.
- Recruit/Hire and onboard new staff members.
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduates or University Students (Or Students who have good spoken English skills)
- Spoken English Is a must as you will coordinate with the team in the US over text and calls usually.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
