We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who can own our application infrastructure, deployments, and technical architecture while working closely with our development team.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications incorporating both frontend and backend technologies.
Lead and manage a small development team, providing mentorship and ensuring quality delivery.
Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using best practices in DevOps.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP to support application needs.
Configure and maintain containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate deployment workflows.
Oversee server configuration, load balancing, DNS, and SSL to ensure high availability and secure communications.
Develop and manage APIs that enable seamless communication between frontend and backend components.
Monitor application performance and infrastructure health, actively identifying and mitigating risks related to scalability and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices within the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems architecture, deployment processes, and support workflows.
