Sale Representative

Flowers Affairs is seeking a motivated Sale Representative with at least one year of experience to join our team. This role involves greeting and assisting customers professionally both in-store and through phone and WhatsApp communications. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in customer relationship management and will support sales activities online and in the store. The Sale Representative will play a key role in explaining flowers, gift items, and other products to customers while maintaining accurate daily sales records. This position includes managing a team of five persons, overseeing their daily activities, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and sales performance.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner to create a positive shopping experience.
Handle walk-in customers as well as those contacting via phone and WhatsApp promptly and effectively.
Explain product features and benefits clearly, including flowers, gifts, and other related items.
Support both online and in-store sales by providing knowledgeable assistance and promoting products.
Maintain accurate and detailed daily sales records to track performance and inventory.
Supervise and guide a team of five sales associates, ensuring they meet sales goals and customer service standards.
Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge for improved customer interactions.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure complete satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent product availability.
Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to suggest improvements and new product offerings.
