We are looking for Import Export Assistant to handle the following responsibilities.
- Update the shipment schedule, tracking containers and update ETA
- Handling Import Data and Record keeping
- Costing of import shipment
- Process claims of import shipments and with the local customers
- Prepare documents for clearing agent, Bank TTs
- Prepare Payments/funds requirement sheet
- Handle container’s unloading, take pictures at the unloading place
- Traveling Required 20 to 30%
