- Process and record all accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and receipts to ensure proper documentation and approval
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers, contractors, and service providers through various payment modes (cheques, bank transfers, etc.)
- Manage and reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Handle monthly and annual withholding tax deductions (WHT) under relevant sections of the Income Tax Ordinance
- Support the finance team in the month-end closing and reporting activities
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and strong MS Excel skills
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by line management
- Reporting to HO on an ad-hoc basis
