Inventory Management Executive
1. Procurement & Supplier Management
1) Supplier Coordination
1 . Maintain regular communication with suppliers in different cities and establish a complete supplier database (including contact person, phone number, tire models/pricing history).
2 . Coordinate the procurement plan for used tires to ensure supply matches production demand.
2) Procurement Documentation
1 . Record payment vouchers in the system and update the "Accounts Payable - Tire Procurement" ledger.
2. Verify supplier delivery notes against physical stock and generate an "Incoming Tire Receipt Record." Report discrepancies.
2 . Inventory Management
1) Inbound Stock Management
1. Classify purchased tires by model (e.g., 12R22.5, 315/80R22.5), store them in designated areas based on size, and label them with entry date/supplier information.
2. Collaborate with the QC team and record QC results; isolate defective items.
2) Stock Auditing & Record-Keeping
1. Daily Tasks: Inspect the warehouse to ensure proper storage (off the ground, moisture-proof, light-protected), and record outbound.
2 .Weekly Tasks:
1. Conduct a full warehouse stock audit and manually record the "Tire Model - Quantity - Location" ledger.
2 . Input stock count data into the ERP system to ensure consistency between records and physical stock. Initiate a review if discrepancies exceed 2%.
3. Performance & Incentive Calculation Support
Collect procurement performance data (e.g., cost savings, urgent procurement instances) for incentive calculation.
4. Expense & Cost record
1. Verify travel expenses (transportation, accommodation, meal allowances) for authenticity.
2 . Cross-check local transportation costs (fuel, mileage) against procurement routes for reasonability.
5. Vehicle & Logistics Coordination
Record transportation details for each vehicle:
1. Departure city → Destination, transported tire models/quantities, signatures from driver and procurement staff.
2. Verify "Driver Delivery Note" against "Procurement Receiving Record"; discrepancies must be addressed immediately.
