CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a wholly owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, is seeking a skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in UI development and full stack capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building React-based web user interfaces as well as backend development to support project requirements. This role involves working on innovative enterprise projects for a diverse global client base, including Fortune 100 retail and CPG companies, fast-growing fintech firms, and Silicon Valley startups.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, CSS, and component libraries such as AG-Grid. Implement backend-for-frontend solutions within a micro front-end architecture using Node.js. Integrate frontend components with backend APIs, including REST and GraphQL, to ensure smooth and efficient functionality. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, utilizing tools like Figma to translate design concepts into functional interfaces. Build reusable components while maintaining high performance and responsiveness across various platforms. Write automated tests and debug frontend applications to deliver a seamless user experience. Work in close coordination with backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver features aligned with business goals. Participate actively in Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Lead design and code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code. Mentor junior developers and support team efforts to achieve project objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in frontend development combined with backend-for-frontend work using ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, CSS, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Strong understanding of RESTful architecture and microservices. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design tools such as Figma. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, particularly Git. Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting tools like NewRelic and Splunk. Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Experience working with AWS services, specifically AWS S3. Ability to build API specifications for backend-for-frontend components. Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks like Playwright.
