FusionLab is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of Python, JavaScript frameworks, and cloud technologies, and demonstrates the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable applications. This role requires managing a team of 20 engineers, leading technical projects, and fostering a culture of coding excellence and continuous improvement. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with strong communication skills at English level C1+ to interact effectively within a dynamic global environment. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at FusionLab, you will spearhead the development of innovative software products, integrating AI/ML components and middleware systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ. You will oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from architectural design to deployment using modern DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud services from AWS. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that software solutions meet both customer expectations and business needs while mentoring a large development team and establishing best practices.
Responsibilities

Lead the full stack application development lifecycle by designing, coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable and secure solutions primarily using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and JavaScript technologies (Node.js, Express.js, React).
Manage and mentor a team of 20 engineers to deliver high-quality software by fostering collaboration, guiding professional development, and enforcing coding standards.
Architect and develop RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework and other relevant technologies to enable seamless integration across platforms and services.
Design and optimize database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB to ensure data integrity and high performance.
Incorporate AI and machine learning components into software products, collaborating with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate models effectively.
Implement message streaming and queuing systems using Kafka and RabbitMQ to support asynchronous communication and high-throughput data processing.
Lead adoption and continuous improvement of DevOps tools and practices including CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration for automated deployment and scaling.
Collaborate with AWS cloud engineers to design cloud architecture that supports application scalability, reliability, and security.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure software engineering standards compliance across the development lifecycle.
Resolve complex technical problems and provide architectural guidance to the team, aligning solutions with business objectives and technology strategies.
Communicate effectively in English at a professional level to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across different locations.
