Sales Staff

Gaur Corporation is seeking dedicated Sales Staff to join their dynamic team in Karachi, focusing on the sale and promotion of packed whole spice products. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of specialized sales experience specifically in whole-spice products. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Karachi's retail market including supermarkets, general stores, grocery shops, and wholesalers. Managing a team of 10 persons, the candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and customer relationship management skills, coupled with the ability to drive sales growth by achieving monthly targets and expanding retail presence. The Sales Staff will be responsible for visiting diverse retail outlets across Karachi to promote and sell whole spices, build and maintain robust customer relationships, and ensure supply availability. The role requires frequent travel within Karachi and a proactive approach to market monitoring, including competitor analysis and pricing strategies. Candidates should have a strong network within the retail sector and be prepared to work full-time with a competitive fixed salary plus attractive commission incentives.
Responsibilities

Visit supermarkets, general stores, grocery shops, and wholesalers across Karachi to promote and sell packed whole spice products.
Develop and expand new retail outlets while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
Take regular sales orders and ensure continuous product availability at all retail locations.
Achieve and strive to exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers through excellent customer service and regular communication.
Lead and manage a team of 10 sales staff, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluation to ensure team effectiveness.
Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and overall market activity to stay ahead in the competitive spice market.
Provide feedback and insights to management regarding market trends, customer demands, and product performance.
Coordinate effectively with logistics and supply chain teams to guarantee timely delivery and stocking of products.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing sales data to refine sales strategies and improve results.
Train and develop sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement to enhance team capabilities.
Represent Gaur Corporation professionally at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records of sales and customer accounts.
Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and in-store displays to boost product visibility.
Adapt to changing market conditions and customer feedback to suggest and implement improvements in sales approach.
