Coordinate meetings, monitor milestones, and facilitate smooth communication between engineering and marketing teams
Support project documentation: status reports, project timelines, SOPs, and process notes
Communicate directly with clients on project status through live video calls and written updates
Identify blockers and escalate operational risks early
Requirements & Skills
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field

Proficiency in project management tools: ClickUp, Asana, or Microsoft Teams
Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
Strong risk awareness—ability to flag slipping timelines or scope issues before they impact clients
Prior experience coordinating or managing projects (academic, extracurricular, part-time work, or internship) is a plus
