We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer for our Project. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. You will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and space plans that meet the client's requirements
- Select furniture, fixtures, and finishes that enhance the design concept
- Create 3D renderings and presentations to communicate design ideas to clients
- Prepare drawings and specifications for construction and installation
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field of interior design
- Color Selection & Fabric Selection according to theme.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong design and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
