Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture.
HR Administration:
- Maintain HR records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts.
Training and Development:
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of training programs.
- Assist in tracking employee development and performance evaluation processes.
Compliance:
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices for compliance.
- Support in updating HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Recent female graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
