We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and create new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for achieving targets in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospects and leads.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company’s market position.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Communicate client feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
