We are seeking a motivated and resilient Tele Sales Cold Calling Representative Agent to join our sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through effective sales techniques.
This role requires a confident individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle objections and rejection with persistence and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in tele sales or cold calling and the ability to work independently without team management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and offer suitable products or services.
- Use effective cold calling techniques to overcome objections and maintain customer interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the customer relationship management system.
- Assist in developing sales scripts and strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and secure appointments or sales.
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Demonstrate resilience and maintain a positive attitude despite rejection or setbacks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve overall sales processes.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
