As a Sales team leader at Harmain Tours, you will develop sales strategies and implement consultative selling techniques to maximize revenue. You will manage the sales pipeline using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, track performance metrics, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams will be essential to enhance service offerings and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of five sales professionals, ensuring targets are met and team members are supported in their performance.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consultative selling and personalized service.
