Customer Service (Spanish Expert)

Hashtag Media is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional with expert proficiency in the Spanish language to join our dynamic team. This role requires handling inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, addressing their orders, and resolving any queries or concerns with a high level of professionalism and accuracy. The ideal candidate communicates fluently in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear and effective bilingual communication that enhances customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a positive and seamless customer experience by utilizing strong active listening and call handling skills. They will keep accurate and up-to-date customer records using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and follow up as necessary to ensure customer needs are fully met. This role requires a minimum of two years experience in customer service, with no team management responsibilities, focusing entirely on direct customer interaction and support.
Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers professionally and courteously.
Assist customers in placing new orders and provide detailed product or service information.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Communicate clearly and effectively in both Spanish and English to ensure comprehensive understanding.
Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions, update records, and manage follow-ups.

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues when required.
Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality.
