Accounts Assistant

To support the finance team by managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, assisting with reconciliations, and ensuring timely reporting and compliance with financial procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Update billing records and ensure accuracy of sales data.
Process and verify tearsheets and sales orders.
Maintain accurate filing of RO (Release Orders) and other billing documents.
Coordinate and track the dispatch of invoices.
Validate and cross-check billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing reports when needed.
Update sales order acknowledgments and ensure proper documentation.
Collaborate with the billing team to meet monthly closing deadlines.
Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills:

Strong command of MS Excel and accounting software.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
