We are a fast-growing company specializing in the sale of dietary supplements. As we expand, we are looking for a Delivery (Logistics) Manager based in Karachi, Pakistan, to oversee and manage our product delivery operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handling the delivery agent's team
- Organize and coordinate product delivery processes to customers
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
Communicate with logistics companies and couriers.
Monitor and control warehouse inventory levels.
Identify and resolve delivery-related issues and problems.
Maintain delivery reports and documentation.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of local geography and transportation infrastructure.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to make quick decisions and work under pressure.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Reporting Line:
- The Delivery Manager reports directly to, CEO of the company
- The delivery manager provides regular report to Head of Delivery Department.
