Group Finance & Accounts Manager / Financial Controller

Hi-Tech Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated Group Finance & Accounts Manager / Financial Controller with a minimum of 3 years of experience to oversee financial operations across multiple companies. This role is vital in maintaining and supervising comprehensive accounting records, preparing key financial statements including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements, and developing detailed management reports. The candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management activities while ensuring robust internal financial controls and compliance with tax regulations. This position requires a proactive individual who can provide strategic financial insights to help management understand profitability, cash flow positions, and cost control measures. The successful candidate will manage a team of 4 individuals, overseeing payroll, vendor payments, and coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants. They will enhance financial processes and implement effective controls to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. This role reports directly to the CEO and demands strong communication skills to effectively present complex financial data to non-finance managers and business owners. Candidates should possess qualifications such as CCA, CA Finalist, or MBA Finance and demonstrate advanced proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools.
Responsibilities
Maintain and supervise complete accounting records for multiple companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements for individual companies as well as consolidated reports.

Develop, implement, and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets aligned with business objectives.

Prepare rolling cash-flow forecasts and anticipate potential cash shortages to support strategic financial planning.

Monitor and analyze income, expenses, receivables, and payables to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.

Conduct bank and account reconciliations regularly to verify transaction accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Track budget versus actual financial performance and investigate significant variances to identify opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.

Establish and maintain proper expense controls and financial approval procedures to safeguard company assets.

Monitor company-wise profitability and cost structures to provide actionable insights for each business unit.

Maintain detailed records of inter-company transactions to ensure transparency and compliance with accounting standards.

Assist management in determining appropriate spending levels, cash reserves, and financial strategies for sustainable growth.

Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and other financial professionals to fulfill statutory requirements and improve internal processes.

Oversee payroll processing and vendor payment systems to ensure timely and accurate transactions.

Develop user-friendly financial dashboards to present key performance indicators and financial metrics to management clearly.

Continuously improve financial documentation, processes, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Support periodic internal and external financial reviews and audits by providing accurate financial data and documentation.

Lead and manage a team of 4 finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management to achieve departmental goals.

Communicate complex financial information effectively to business owners and non-finance managers to facilitate informed decision-making.

Go beyond historical transaction recording to actively analyze financial flows, profitability, cash reserves, overspending areas, and future cash positioning over the next 3 to 6 months.
