One of our clients is looking for an experienced Web Development Manager to lead a large engineering team and oversee enterprise-level web application development, architecture, integrations, performance, security, and delivery standards.

Must-Have Requirements

7+ years of experience in web/software development
2–3+ years in technical leadership or engineering management
Strong hands-on expertise in PHP & Laravel
Experience managing a team of approximately 15–20+ engineers
Strong experience with APIs, payment gateways, microservices, and third-party integrations
Good knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, Linux, and CI/CD
Strong understanding of code reviews, automated testing, application security, and performance optimization
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLM-based tools
