Responsibilities

Produce high-quality written content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
Lead and manage a team of 25 writers, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and productivity.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create content strategies that align with company goals and target audience needs.
Develop and maintain editorial guidelines to ensure consistent tone, style, and brand messaging across all communication channels.
Research industry topics and trends to generate relevant, accurate, and engaging content ideas.
Review and edit content produced by team members, ensuring clarity, grammar, and adherence to company standards.
Coordinate content schedules and project timelines to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
Implement quality assurance processes to uphold content integrity and originality.
Use feedback and analytics to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
Stay informed about new writing tools, techniques, and digital content trends to continually improve team output.
