Web Developer/Seo

H&M Enterprises is seeking a skilled Web Developer/SEO professional with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is proficient in both front-end and back-end web development and has a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques. This role requires the ability to optimize website structure, content, and performance to enhance visibility and user experience. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and applying best practices in SEO and web development to drive measurable results. The Web Developer/SEO plays a vital role in integrating development and SEO strategies to improve the companys online presence. This position demands a balance of technical proficiency with analytical skills to conduct keyword research, perform on-page optimization, and utilize SEO tools effectively. The candidate must be able to debug and optimize website performance while collaborating closely with content creators and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality user interaction.
Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance website functionality using front-end and back-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research using Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to identify opportunities for content and structure optimization.
Optimize on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking to improve search engine visibility.
Analyze website performance data with Google Analytics and other tracking tools to monitor traffic trends and user engagement.
Perform website performance optimization and debugging to ensure fast loading times and smooth user experience.
Manage content updates and site architecture changes through content management systems to support SEO strategies.
Collaborate with content creators, marketing, and design teams to align website and SEO strategies effectively.
Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and tools to maintain competitive advantage.
Prepare reports on SEO performance, website traffic, and other key metrics for management review.
