We are searching for an enthusiastic event manager with a "can-do" attitude to assist our organisation in hosting events that enhance our Mall image and improve customer loyalty.
The position requires a Marketing Manager to work in a shopping centre marketing or the events industry. The position requires planning and execution of special events, public relations efforts, merchant communication and relations, advertising and collateral programs. The Manager is charged to ensure that the programs, events and activities are in line with the Marketing Plan goals and strategies.
An understanding of budgeting, planning, advertising, promotion and sponsorship is must.

Degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or hospitality
A minimum of 3 years of experience in event managementStrong organisational and interpersonal skillsProficient in use of computers particularly Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPointAn event manager should have two years of experience working in event planning as well as a bachelor's degree in marketing. One of the most important skills that an event manager will have is the ability to accurately plan. Another skill is coordination as the event manager will need to work with many different vendors to plan amazing events.
