Barista

Your professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and reliability will be key to keeping the caf running smoothly. This position does not involve managing a team but requires self-motivation, punctuality, and the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods. Experience within reputable cafs, hotels, or restaurants is highly valued, and barista certification is an advantage though not mandatory.
Responsibilities

Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision and care to deliver high-quality coffee beverages.
Prepare a wide variety of espresso-based drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos following company recipes and quality standards.
Adjust grind size and milk steaming techniques to optimize flavor and consistency for each coffee type.
Create basic latte art to enhance the visual appeal of coffee presentations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Provide polite, customer-focused service, taking orders accurately and addressing customer inquiries or preferences professionally.
Manage coffee inventory and supplies efficiently to ensure availability throughout operating hours.
Work independently to resolve operational challenges and maintain smooth workflow during high-demand periods.
Follow company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and professional conduct while representing the brand positively.
Continuously update knowledge of coffee trends, brewing techniques, and equipment maintenance practices.
Support overall caf operations by collaborating with other staff members and fulfilling additional tasks as needed.
