- We Are Hiring – HR Executive
- Location: Korangi, Karachi
- Qualification: Graduate
- HR Software: TimeTrax (Attendance & Payroll)
- Salary: PKR 50,000 – 55,000
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance, leaves, and shifts using TimeTrax software.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and data entry.
- Assist in payroll coordination (attendance & overtime data).
- Handle onboarding & offboarding documentation.
- Support recruitment activities and interview coordination.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Prepare HR and attendance reports.
- Requirements & Skills
- Graduate (HR / Business Administration preferred).
- Hands-on experience with TimeTrax software (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of HR operations & payroll.
- Proficient in MS Excel & MS Word.
- Good communication skills and confidentiality handling.
- Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
