HR Executive

SA Technologies is looking for a dedicated and approachable HR Executive to join our team onsite at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing recruitment activities, supporting employees, and overseeing daily human resource operations. The role requires working in shifts, either from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete hiring process, including screening candidates and conducting interviews to ensure the selection of qualified personnel.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees and maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records.
- Monitor attendance, leave applications, and punctuality to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns promptly and effectively, providing clear communication regarding company policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate performance review processes and actively contribute to building a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and development.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resources or recruitment is essential to effectively manage the responsibilities of this role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite during the specified shift hours.

Compensation and Work Location:
- The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs30,000 to Rs45,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- This is an onsite role based at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi.
