We are looking for a committed HR professional to join an established automobile dealership team. This full-time, on-site position requires working Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role encompasses managing a variety of HR functions such as recruitment, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate employee data. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the HR department and supporting overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire qualified candidates effectively.
- Oversee attendance and leave management, ensuring precise and up-to-date records.
- Handle all HR documentation and maintain comprehensive employee files.
- Maintain employee data within HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Administer payroll processes in compliance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support daily HR operational activities to promote efficient workforce management and employee relations.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, particularly recruitment, payroll administration, and employee data management.
- Strong understanding of HR documentation standards and record-keeping best practices.
- Familiarity with attendance and leave management systems and processes.
- Ability to implement and maintain compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills paired with strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using HR software and related systems for data management and reporting.
