IMPORT / EXPORT OFFFICER

HRFINEBOXING is looking for a professional and welcoming Import / Export Officer to join our team located in Sambrial Sialkot. This role focuses on managing the documentation and compliance requirements related to import and export processes. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in international trade procedures, customs compliance, and freight forwarding coordination. The Import / Export Officer will work independently without managing a team but will play a key part in ensuring smooth shipment tracking and logistics management to support business operations. The role demands excellent organizational and communication skills to handle client interactions and coordinate logistics activities efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer operations is essential to process orders and maintain accurate documentation. The candidate must also demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure, complying fully with international customs regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities

Prepare and manage all documentation required for import and export shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customs regulations.
Coordinate freight forwarding activities and communicate with shipping agents to track and expedite shipments.
Process orders and oversee logistics management to ensure timely delivery of goods both domestically and internationally.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications to generate reports, maintain records, and support administrative functions.
Operate computer and Windows systems for processing data related to shipping, documentation, and compliance tasks.
Resolve issues related to shipments, customs clearance, or documentation delays through effective problem-solving and timely action.
Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
Ensure all import and export activities comply with legal and company requirements to prevent any regulatory breaches.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade regulations and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
