Coating Operator

In addition to the technical responsibilities, the Coating Operator coordinates effectively with the Production, Quality Assurance, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of any process deviations or equipment malfunctions. The role also involves meticulous completion of batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and other production documentation to comply with regulatory standards. The candidate plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coating area and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing while maintaining rigorous standards of operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Operate tablet coating machines following approved standard operating procedures and batch instructions to ensure optimal operation and product quality.
Set up, monitor, and adjust coating process parameters including pan speed, inlet and outlet temperatures, spray rate, and air pressure to maintain uniform coating and tablet appearance.
Prepare and handle coating solutions and suspensions meticulously according to validated procedures to guarantee consistent product quality.
Conduct regular equipment cleaning, changeover, and perform basic troubleshooting of coating machines as per SOPs to minimize downtime.
Accurately complete batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and other production documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), safety regulations, hygiene standards, and departmental SOPs to ensure a safe and clean production environment.
Coordinate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and other relevant departments to manage workflow and promptly address any process deviations or equipment malfunctions.
Identify, report, and document any quality-related issues or deviations from process parameters to supervisors to maintain high product quality standards.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coating area and equipment in line with hygiene protocols and safety policies.
